This grant, upon application of international Chinese language education institutions, jointly carries out or supports the competitions, researches, field studies and other programs in international Chinese language education. 

　　Application Procedure

　　The grant application notice is issued every December. Applicants may submit their applications through the overseas processing institution by the end of next February. CLEC will conduct an expert review and announce the results within three months after the application deadline.
